The phrase practice makes perfect is usually directed when learning something that refers to a moving up and down on a ladder of progress. Yoga practice is a lateral shift rather than a vertical shift. Instead of moving up we move forward, instead of moving down we move in reverse. In lateral shifts, there is vast space for expansion more freedom to be right where you are. No matter which way you turn the view is amazing and breathtaking, just alike the earth’s horizon. Enjoy this lovely lateral practice with Theresa where you get to use a brick or block, either way you’ll find your inner rock.
