Yoga Sessions with T
When you breathe and move with us, you inspire us. This practice series is just the beginning of our sessions, including prop placement, modifications, and different ways of looking at yoga and practice. Sometimes a mosquito flies in the room, inspiring a story of yoga meditation. Students love these sessions because they say it feels like we are in the room practicing together. We hope you enjoy these personalized and fun sessions! Many of them are based on the students who inspired them. If you have an idea for a session or want your personalized LFY sequence shared, text us and let us know.
